We’re Looking for Sponsors for our Show
The Green Mountain Rug Hooking Guild is seeking sponsors for our four-day show in May, 2025
In return for your sponsorship, your logo / graphic will be displayed on a large poster at the entrance to the show. Your business will also be on our website’s Show Sponsors page, and included in our quarterly newsletter — sent out as .pdf file to ~300 members.
Sponsorship Levels:
$200 : Two tickets to the opening reception (5/14/2025), your logo on the Guild’s website sponsorship page for a year, and noted in our newsletter (four issues), starting with the Fall 2025 issue or next issue. On the Show Sponsors Poster, your graphics will be at the top, alphabetically.
$100 : One ticket to the opening reception (5/14/2025), your logo on the Guild’s website sponsorship page for a year, and noted in our newsletter (four issues), starting with the Fall 2025 issue or next issue. On the Sponsors Poster, your graphics will be just below the $250 sponsors.
$50 : your logo will remain on our website page for a year, your logo on the Guild’s website sponsorship page for a year, and noted in our newsletter (four issues), starting with the Fall 2025 issue or next issue. On the Sponsors Poster, your graphics will be larger than the $25 category.
$25 : your logo will be on our website from May – through September 1 and will appear in the next issue of our newsletter. On the posters at the show, your graphics will be smaller.
Please submit high resolution graphics (1500 x 3100 px minimum) – as your logo will be printed on a large poster with all sponsors.
