This pattern was chosen to utilize the many left over scraps of wool accumulated over the years. The patchwork design was perfect but more of a challenge to balance the colors than anticipated. Red squirrels are constant raiders of our bird feeders and are quite entertaining. So, the result is a fun rug that makes me smile.
