Registration Confirmation

Thank you for your registration for Hooked in the Mountains XXI,  2025.

You’ll get an email “receipt” with all the answers you provided.

We look forward to seeing your rug!

1. The address for shipping rugs is Sue Girouard 23 Garden Dr Jeffersonville VT 05464.  Rugs need to arrive to her between May 1st and May 10  and prepaid return postage label must be included.
2. When emailing your photo of your rug, please put pertinent info in the name of your file, if possible
   Lastname-Firstinitial-NameOfRug.jpg     (Mine would be:  Ackemann-B-WinterWateringCans.jpg)
   IF you can’t rename your file, then put that same info and format in the Subject of the email.   Thanks!
3. $10 covers multiple rugs per member, though we may not have room to display more than one per member.  We’ll let you know!
