Sugarbush Area Places to Stay

Lodging opportunities abound at and around the Sugarbush Resort.   You’ll find hotel rooms, suites, condos and other vacation rentals.  You’ll most likely find the properties just outside the resort will have lower priced options.

A google search for  “Waitsfield, VT hotels”, will generate a map with prices for inns, b&b’s and vacation rentals by owner.  There are LOTS of choices, but it takes a bit more research to find what works for you and your pals.

Mad River Lodges has three separate lodges in the area.

The closest would be the Warren Lodge with rooms, apartments and condos from  a single room with Queen Bed @ $169 (2024 weekday price)  to double condo for up to 8 guests at $350 (2024 weekday price).  Check out the options at:  https://www.thewarrenlodge.com/

The Whitehorse Lodge  802-243-3286,  26 rooms, comfortable, very clean inn with 3 common rooms.

The Waitsfield Inn,  located in the town of Waitsfield near stores and restaurants.  Older but clean and nice.  12 rooms with baths.

Featherbed Inn 802-496-7151,  high quality, rooms and suites range from 1 bed for $180 to suites @ $375 (April 2024 rates).

West Hill Inn  (B&B) — small but very nice,  10-12 rooms, breakfast included.  802-348-2886

The Round Barn Inn in Waitsfiled.  Lovely Inn and rooms, April 2024 rates:  $369/night.  802-494-1140

The Bridges Resort – private condos to rent, 2 bedroom units, some with additional loft with beds. Pool and exercise building on site for your use. Rent through VACASA.com  or VRBO.com   802-583-2922.   Cleaning and other fees will be added to nightly rates.   This could be affordable if you’re taking the condo for multiple nights and sharing with a group!    There are multiple units in same complex if you want to be near even more of your friends!
