Rug Registration 2025

Rug Registration is closed for 2025.

• You must be a current member of the guild to exhibit in this show.
• Each member who chooses to exhibit will pay a $10 registration fee  (per member, not per rug)
• Payment will be online using our secure payment gateway and your credit or debit card.
• You will submit info about your rug or rugs using the form below, including
  • title of rug
  • hooked by
  • designed by
  • dimensions
  • and a brief description or story — please keep this short and proofread!   We don’t have time to do re-writing or editing for brevity.
• Separately you will email a photo of your rug to  rugphotos2025@gmrhg.org.    Please send the best possible picture you have — we may want to use it in publicity!  But even if you aren’t finished, send a “good enough” photo to give us an idea of what’s coming so we can do some pre-planning of the layout of the show.

Rug Registration will close at midnight on May 3, 2025, in time for our volunteer to create the labels and signage for the show.
