Student Policies 2022
Note: Covid Considerations below apply to Teachers, Board Members and Volunteers, as well as Students
Registration Dates and Deadlines and Cancellation / Refund Policies:
Class sizes are limited per the requests of the teachers. If a class is full, you’ll be able to add your name to a waiting list.
A $50 or $100 deposit will hold your spot in a workshop, or you may pay in full right away.
Full payment for your workshop is due by September 1, 2022. We may give your spot to someone on the waiting list if your balance due is not paid by this date.
Cancel for any reason by October 1, 2022 and get an 80% refund.
Cancellation due to positive Covid test:
Please don’t NOT register due to worry you might get sick and have to cancel. If you test POSITIVE within 10 days of your class start, please be in touch and we’ll refund 80% of your tuition.
All teachers and students (and guild volunteers interacting with workshops, vendors, or public) should be Vaccinated and Boosted – for their own sake.
You should come prepared to be masked at all times indoors, except while eating. If numbers are down, we may be able to relax that, but we mask for the sake of others, as well as ourselves.
Please consider extra precautions in the ten days prior to your class, and do a self-test the day before your class is to start. IF you test positive, you’ll need to stay home, and we will refund 80% of your course tuition.
We also plan to facilitate contact notification should you test positive in the days following your workshop. The registration form will ask for your pledge to notify the guild, and your permission for us to notify your teacher and classmates that they may have been exposed. (No names will be shared.)
