Rug Registration for 2020 Virtual Rug Show

Rug Registration

Rug Registration for our 2020 Virtual show opened on August 23  and will remain open through September 15.

Each member may submit two pieces.  Each rug entry will need a separate registration form.  Please complete the entry information for each piece being submitted.   All basic information must be completed before the rug will be accepted as an entry in the Show.

We’ve added a function to the online form where you can Save and Continue Later — but please note:  Barb would like your information and the basic info about your rug sooner rather than later, so she can work on the structure of the virtual show.

Longer text, additional images and links to youtube or vimeo videos may be submitted separately, by email to Barb Ackemann.

All additional content should be sent to Barb by October 15.

IF you should discover that you’ve submitted a form with a typo or other error,  please email Barb with your name, name of rug, and the correction and she can update the page in the virtual show.

Notes about the form:

  1.  When you choose a file to attach, you’ll see it listed with a red circle with white X icon.   This indicates a successful upload, and the red X icon is your way to detach the file, if you mistakenly attached the wrong one!
  2. The last item “I’ve proofread my entry” also serves the purpose of not allowing accidental submission by hitting the return key while you’re still working.  Your form will NOT be submitted without checking that box!
