3 people to check in rugs and 2 people to sort them as they arrive. Possibly move to storage room off show venue. Helpful if volunteers had carts of some sort to move rugs easily to site.
Set up Walls Tuesday May 13, 9:00 – Suzanne Dirmaier
6 people to set up new walls, easy lifting. Also will need some people to move rugs from storage and place in front of walls to be hung.
Hanging the Show – Tuesday and Wednesday May 13 and 14, morning or afternoon shifts – Suzanne Dirmaier
Teams of people to pin rugs to new walls. Two people in each team. No heavy lifting and process will be much easier than hammering in old wall. Volunteers can sign up for part day. Note, we will have less need for volunteers in the afternoon as we hope to have most work done in morning.
Opening Reception: (Wednesday 5-7:00)
accepting prepaid tickets, or collecting cash or credit cards for admission at the door.
(Thursday – Saturday 10-5, Sunday 10-3)
Managing lists of volunteers, exhibiting artists and charging admission for all others. Cash and credit card transactions. Passing out ballots and other information. – Biffie Gallant.(
We need to have a person every day of the show to relieve the vendors for a break and assist with getting their lunch IF they want one. Deb Campbell

Need 10 people willing to collect t-pins, other hanging materials, break down walls and place them into boxes.
