The Opening Reception will be Wednesday 5/14/2025 from 5 to 7.

This is great way to start the show with snacks, and a chance to see the show and meet other hookers. Tickets are $20 and will be available at the door.

The show will be open Thursday 5/15/2025 thru Sunday 5/18/2025.

The hours for the show are 10-5 Th/Fri/Sat and 10-3 on Sunday. Note: Classes start at 9:00.

The entrance fee on all days except the opening reception is $10 and we accept cash, check and plastic.

People that are taking a class or volunteering get in the show free of charge.

Logistics

Map of Sugarbush Resort

The rug show, attendee registration tables, and vendors are on the 2nd floor of Gate House.
Classes will be held in the School House.

Note: The map above of the resort itself shows only a few of the options. This isn’t a hotel conference center with just one option for lodging. There are many options, including vacation rentals. You may want to get a group together to share a condo!

All volunteer jobs are listed and there’s a form where you can sign up — the right person/people will get your info when you complete the form with one or more jobs you could help with.

Rug Registration

Rug registration will be online at the link above March 15th at 12:01 am! (Until then you’ll see a 404 error message!) This year you will pay your $10 per member (not per rug) during the registration process – not at rug drop off day. We will for sure exhibit one rug per member, you may register a 2nd rug and/or an award winning rug from 2022. These will be exhibited if space allows.

Hook-in Room

The hook-in room will be open all day, all days! Bring a project, share, demonstrate what you’re doing to show visitors.
