In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, April and May 2021 events have been edited to include only virtual gatherings. You should probably assume that in-person gatherings listed for after June 2021 may NOT be happening, but it may be worth a call or email, as weather may permit outdoor gatherings.

The authors of the Rug Hooking Tradition Series are debuting their latest book about the rugs of James & Mercedes Hutchinson during Rug Hooking Week at Sauder Village. The debut includes a Featured Exhibit of the Hutchinson rugs. If you are taking a class during this week, don’t forget to stop at this Featured Exhibit. With more than thirty years of experience teaching students at all levels, Green Mountain Rug School offers traditional and contemporary rug-hooking classes annually, in June, in the heart of downtown Montpelier, Vermont at the Capitol Plaza Hotel. SEPTEMBER 10-14, Tuesday-Saturday, 2019 Spend four days and nights at our comfortable family home on Nantucket Island, with all meals and activities, rug hooking instruction from Janet Conner.
